Mesa 7i76e I/O filed power from onboard 5v regulator? was created by Eyecon
I want to use 5v power on the field power input because I’m using 5v proximity sensors, does anyone know if I could use the onboard regulated 5v power to feed the field voltage input pins? I understand of course that in this case I have to move W1 to the right in order to split field voltage input from Vin.

VIN needs to be 8V or more but field power can be 5V to 32V
