If U19 is damaged, it most likely either a step/dir output got shorted to a
voltage outside the 0 to 5V range, or there is a severe EMI situation where
plasma voltages are coupled to the Step/Dir signals.
This coupling can come from plasma/step/dir wiring coupling or poor (high impedance)
table grounding.

Just in case you get it working again : DO NOT FIRE THE TORCH
Do a complete check of wiring, grounding, shielding, power, inputs, drives, etc.
Make sure the machine has proper ground, make sure the PC has proper ground.
Only after fixing that try to fire the torch again.

				Thanks for your answer.
I checked the table grounding and connected every metal part to ground also the computer. I checked the wiring of my steppers aswell. Before I will fire the plasma again I have hoppfuly the last questions about this topic. I use jmc servo motors with the driver hooked on the motor. So the stepper drivers are not in a meatle case shall I also try to ground the housing of the stepper? Or make a metal case around the stepper before I fire the torche again? The shielding are only concected to ground in my electrik kabinet right?
Thanks a lot for your help!
