In your ini file you have SPINDLES=3 twice in the [TRAJ] section, try deleting one of them and see what happens.

Well it is not in the .hal file, but it is in the .ini file, see attached:

Notice the "TRAJ" section, there are two entries for spindle, delete one entry.

Why are so many things on your config duplicates? How did that happen?
From the error report:
HAL: ERROR: duplicate component name 'plasmac_wizards'
*** GLADE VCP ERROR: Asking for a HAL component using a name that already exists
Edit the ini file and remove any duplicate lines.

i have no idea i have a working pnc config and all i did was create a plasma c and these are all the issues i am having

Do you still have the original config? does it still work?
I think it is time to do a new PlasmaC config, or even better do a new QtPlasmaC config using PncConf.
Personally, i use PlasmaC on all machines built in the last 2 years, i use QtPlasmaC only on my machines for testing.

Good afternoon so i deleted all my previous setup files and started all over now i have a opening plasmac that i can home and move the table around but well i tell it to cut a line nothing happens. seams like i am missing 2 tabs where preview and dro are also at the bottom it shows no tool can i please get some help with what to do next? also i added a compressed version of my full linux cnc file

Try commenting out the following line in plasma_table.ini
EMBED_TAB_NAME          = Run

You seem to be using a very old version of LinuxCNC 2.8, I would recommend changing the repositories to the Buildbot and updating to the latest.
