Matrix_kb 7i73 need help

Need help config wiring daigram Matrix_kb8x8 on7i73 with 7i92 7i77. I set it according to the attached file but it still not working.
- status of the CR2 on 7i73 flashing green.
- hm2_7i92.0.7i73.0.2.swrevision = 14. 
- matrix_kb.0.keycode Value= 0x00000040. (There is no change when the button is pressed.)

R1-R16 I use it as a jumper or it must be used 

How do I fix it? please help

1. Looks like the rows and columns are not correct in your drawing.
correct wiring is:
( KEY0..KEY7 are rows = P1 3..10 )
( KEY8..KEY15 are columns = P1 11..18 )

2. Its expected that you will wire the scan code to the matrix component
(key scan codes only last 1 servo period and then revert to the no-change
code ( 0x40 ) so are hard to see with halshow etc)

I have tried the fixes you suggested. But it still doesn't work.

As in the picture, it still doesn't work.
I wonder if the wiring is faulty causing the 7i73 to be damaged? How do I check for damage?
And how can I check the function of the key?

You could jumper the 7I73 for no KB and check the individual inputs and outputs
(all KEY pins become available as inputs (Key8..Key15) or outputs (Key0..Key7)

I checked I/O,P11,P12,P13,P14 to GND it's working. But P15 It works itself sometimes. P16 P17 P18  to GND it's not work. P3-P12 not tested

We should have new 7I73s in a week or so
Did you check the output pins?

The keypad input pins (Key8..Key15) should all read about 3.3V
when unconnected since they all have pull-up resistors to 3.3V
