Packets to the 7I92 (at 192.168.1.121) will be routed out your WIFI interface.
My suggestion to to set the 7I92 to an IP address of 10.10.10.10
(move W6 up and power cycle 7I92)
Then set enp2s0 to a static IP of say 10.10.10.100

So I have changed W6 to UP - so mesa IP adress is 10.10.10.10. I havent found anything better than JTs gnipsel.com/linuxcnc/uspace/debian9-eth.html for doing something (I absolutely dont know if this is right way what you PCW mean, because I almost absolutely dont know what Iam doing) with enp2s0.
I also downloaded : sudo apt-get install network-manager network-manager-gnome
and used (but terminal wrote there is nothing like wicd in my PC) : sudo apt-get remove wicd wicd-gtk
I power cycled the PC.
Then I typed mesaflash --device 7i92 --addr 10.10.10.10 --write 7i92_5abob.bit
but the terminal answered Can"t find file 7i92_5abob.bit.
I dont know if I have to download this file from mesa store, so I did that.
But in that file there is not this 7i92_5abob.bit but there was 7i92_5abob_Enc.bit so I tried to type this and again it wrote cant find file.
Also the CR1,CR2,CR3,CR4 leds are all ON on the mesa card.
note: for internet connection Iam using USB - wifi adapter.
any thoughts?

1. You have not set a static IP address on the host PCs Ethernet adapter.
(you can do this with net manager). When done you should get something
like this with the "ip a" command:
2: enp2a0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state UP group default qlen 1000
link/ether ec:b1:d7:6c:a2:da brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 10.10.10.100/8 brd 10.255.255.255 scope global <<<<<<<<<< NOTE THIS LINE
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
2. You must run mesaflash in the directory that contains the bit file
(or give a complete path to the bitfile on the mesaflash command line)
3. The complete 5ABOB bitfile name is 7i92_5ABOBx2D.bit
(you can do this with net manager). When done you should get something
like this with the "ip a" command:
2: enp2a0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state UP group default qlen 1000

Ok. I think I did sucesfully do that. I followed this steps forum.linuxcnc.org/27-driver-boards/3559...ethernet-mesa-boards
. When I type mesaflash --device 7i92 --addr 10.10.10.10 --readhmid I can see informations about mesacard.
I was doing pnconf - following this steps forum.linuxcnc.org/49-basic-configuratio...rallel-port-bob-g540 with changes according to my needs - I still dont know what pin is what according to the pnconf and bob. I was able to move with motors in testing.
I used this configuration - just motors.
I saved the configuration. Run launch of this setup. Everything seems ok but when I try to move with axis here then I get errors.
I think this will be something problem with enable, because when I was running this setup throught LPT + lcnc I was defining the enable pin. And in this setup there is not, but I was able to move with motors, so I dont know...

"error finishing read!" is most likely a latency issue on the host PC
Have you run a latency test?
What are the ping times if you ping the 7I92?
(ping 10.10.10.10)

The ping times and latency look fine,
