Recently my cnc router, which has never really had any issues, started having a problem with its Y-axis.  The servo motor when moving will randomly move around at its highest speed.  I do not know what has caused this and any help would be appreciated.

Assuming it is a DC motor, do check the encoder and encoder wires on both sides of the cable, or change the encoder.
If all that checks OK, change the drive.

Try shaking the cables to a motor that moves, like on a gantry. The cable may be going bad or there could be a broken wire at one end. Tell us what motor and drive are being used.

Through some testing I have determined that the servo itself has gone bad. I can't seem to find a place to get a new one though. It is a Dae Hwa D625-30B7-TC10. Is there a place I should start looking.
