7i96s outputs was created by Masiwood123
Hello, I need an opinion if outputs 4 and 5 (36v 100mA) from the 7i96s could be connected to this relay board? I don't know how to measure how much current these coils consume. it is a CNi module removed from the rover (works on 24v), I connected outputs 0-3 and they work, but I would like to use these two additional ones as well. Thanks

It should be OK, 24V relays of that size are normally about 30-40 mA
but make sure you have a flyback diode.

Best to check flyback diode polarity by hard wiring the relay "on"
first, a backwards flyback diode will destroy the SSR

thanks Peter, I can try to measure the resistance on the coil..., the relay is labeled mzp 002 47 05. I'm just worried about not damaging the 7i96s

That looks like the 26V version so 1150 Ohms (about 21 mA @ 24V)

excellent:) yes, the rover has a 24v power supply, so I understood that it is also a relay. thanks a lot
