From my Mazak hal,
net NLZ <= [HMOT](CARD0).7i77.0.0.input-02
net x-output => [HMOT](CARD0).7i77.0.1.analogout0

It may just indicate that the 7i77 uses two separate SSerial channels.
Sorry for the confusion.
I wonder if maybe the +/- 10V rails are not being powered? I am not sure where they get their power from.

There are 2 yellow indicator LEDs roughly in the middle of the 7I77 that monitor the +- analog supplies

I did what you said for safety. Now the amplifiers are disabled with no enable signal. I found out I had 2 bad encoders on Y and Z.
The X axis is working good now. I had the cable shield wired to the 7i77 AOUT- pin. I moved the shields to field ground and X axis is working great now. Thanks for everyone's help!
