Hello!

In the last days i got a used 7i92H..

my machine runs on a 6i25... i want to change to a 7i92H because my machine pc doesnt have pci slots.. only ethernet... its a optiplex 3020 micro form factor.

my problem is.. i cant find the 7i92.zip on the internet...for the 7i92h (old version)
next problem is.. i looked with mesaflash the pinouts.. all pins are i/o.
how can i now check the card and the pins working????

need some help please...:(

i can connect via ethernet and can read reload etc...

but in linuxcnc i cant see any change on any gpio...

Also, for the manual, go to mesanet.com (not the store) , click on 'ANYTHING I/O FPGA CARDS' then scroll down. The 'old' 7i92 manual and software are still there.

How are you examining the hal pins?
If hal show, you must use the "WATCH" tab, not the "SHOW" tab

the busswitch is the problem.. both are dead... all ports show red... and you can see on both busdrivers a small hole... cheap bought on ebay without return and varenty....
desolder the busdrivers and solder new in is the solution...

thanks

Yeah, holes in the bus switches usually means something like 12/24V was applied to the inputs...
