7i40hv spindle low power

hi, I configured a dc spindle and it works with the right revolutions and the spindle at speed signal is ok. my impression is that it is not driven at maximum power, the card is set at 10 amps but at the slightest effort it goes into limitation. I have a 5i23 and two 7i40 hvs running on 60 volts, one section makes the spindle. differential encoder 1024ppr parker motor 60 volts 7 amps. I attach the ini and hal files to see if there are any problems.
