Mesa boards for Iran

Hi guys. As you may know, Iran is under heavy sanctions and we have to find hard ways to purchase electronic boards like mesa boards.
do you have any suggestions that where can i buy this boards?
If purchase was impossible, is it possible to diy mesa ethercat puls/dir or stepgen boards ? 

It is exhausting. I feel desperat badly sometimes. I have a very low knowledge of internet and it makes me suffer. I don't know why i cant connect to linuxcnc without vpn. Iran government has filtered many websites but linuxcnc. Org is not one of them. Maybe it has something to do with digitalocean. I wanted to sign up there but it gave 403 error and forbiden to access error.
I use v2ray but it is not stable and good on linux.
So I can't install linuxcnc 2.9rtpteamt from repos.
