7i92 pin file pinout?

I'm trying to wire up a 7i92 to an mx4660 and a generic relay board.  The pin file and pin out are confusing me.  Where do the pin file numbers come from?  For example:

Mesa manual for 7i92 has P1 HDR26 connector pinout #14 as GND
If I reference P2 pinout HDR26 14 is DB25 pin 20, also GND

When looking at the pin file for mx4660
pin 14 is io 18 and with a secondary function as PWM

If I use the logic that P1 and P2 are duplicates of each other then PWM on both pin 14's, and io 1 and 18, would indicate that the pin file is the DB25 pinout and pin 14 in pin file is Pin 2 on the HDR26 (IDC26?) pin out.

TL,DR I need to use the P2 information in the mesa PDF to translate the pin file to HDR26 pinout.

Thank you.

Pin file pinouts on 25 pin FPGA cards always use DB25 pin numbers.

If you are connecting to a MX4660, the pinout is 1-1 from P2 so
just a normal flat cable is needed.

Thank you, P2 is not a problem. I somehow got twisted around on P1 since it's connections are on HDR/IDC26 breakouts.

I'm using the P1 io for the extra IO on the MX4660 and to feed a set of relays to feed an ATC.
