Hello everyone..
I am wiring a 7i76.
Query: should I use shielded wire for input and output connections or normal single core wire is sufficient ?
I am using 24V DC field voltage.

What is it used for? Plasma? Mill? Lathe? Robot?
Most cases unshielded is OK.
Some cases shielding is a must, like Plasma, but again not for everything.
We need to know what you are wiring.
And shielding does require some knowledge to avoid ground loops.

Plasma..inputs from home and limit switches

Everything shielded, shield connected only on the control box to one single ground point.
