6i25 pcie cards have two red leds on after power ON was created by pmchetan
I bought two 6i25 pcie cards with 7i76 and 7i77 plug and go kit a couple of years ago and I configured it for a 3 axis CNC mill with linuxcnc 2.7 on wheezy with RTAI 3.4. Now after a couple of years of the cards sitting in a plastic bag, it looks like the both user and fallback image on eeprom is corrupt.
The two red LEDs stay solid after power ON.
mesaflash 3.4.6 says no 5I25 board found
lspci -vv | grep 2718 doesn't show anything.
How to write the bit file to the card. Do I need any special hardware to do so?

Both red lights on at power up also suggests an issue with the PC power supply
(3.3V rail low) so the card is held in a reset state. I would measure the 3.3V if you
have a good voltmeter or try a different PC or power supply.

Yep. Pin 13 on my ATX power supply is low. I'll get it fixed and try again thank you.
