Just a thought can this be done?
Sometimes you can find BLDC motors and drivers to nice prices and If you already have a manual machine with glass scales then...
Maybe a setup with 7i92+7I33 + glass scales + BLDC motor and driver could work?

Moved to "driver boards" for now.

Did you check Mesa store around, they do have BLDC drives, up to 2.2KW if i remember correctly, and last i checked they were pretty cheap compared to ... well everything.
