Hello everyone.
I have a 5i25 table card with a 7i76 with Linux 2.91. I get the following error:

HM2_PCI: RTAPI_App_Main: No Such Device (-19)
./FSERVOV3.hal:9: waitpid failed /usr/bin/rtapi_app hm2_pci
./FSERVOV3.hal:9: /usr/bin/rtapi_app exited without becoming ready
./Fservov3.hal:9: INSOD FOR HM2_PCI FAILED, RETURNED -1

I have cleaned with alcohol the contacts of the 5i25,
I have changed to the other PC PC ports,
I have changed to another different PC and I always get the same error.
I don't know what else to try, the 5I25 card is likely to be damaged.

Do you get any red LEDs illuminated on the 5I25 card after power up?

I have tried to restore 5i25 with Mesaflash:
sudo mesaflash --device 5i25 --write 5i25_7i76x2_2pd.bit --reload
The result I get:
Checking File ... ok
File Type: Xilinx Bit File
Error: Bootsector is invalid

It is possible to restart the card starting sector to restore factory values such as PCs BIOS.

The fact that the ID code (2718:5125) is found but the
Hostmot2 signature is not, means there is a connectivity
issue with the PCI bus (missing data/address lines)

This could be the result of bad/dirty PCI contacts, corrosion
on contacts or IC leads, open solder joints or shorts between
leads from metal particles. This might be discoverable by close
physical examination of the card. It could also be because of a
failed component, but this is less likely.

This is not something that is fixable with mesaflash since its not
a flash issue but a hardware problem. The fact that the flash image
loads indicates that is is OK.

I have cleaned all PCI contacts, I have looked with a magnifying glass contacts and apparently nothing irregular is appreciated.
It still does not work.
I have thought about replacing it with a 7i92TF together with the 7i76, in the event that a new more current PC changes.

Thanks for your help.

To clean the contacts, use an old t-shirt or towel, clean but not new, new ones shed a lot of very small fibers. Wrap both sides of contacts with it, press with fingers as much as you can and move back and forth several times.
Do this once with Isopropyl Alcohol and once dry. You can use a bit of shampoo instead of alcohol.
To clean the PCI slot, alcohol and a tooth brush, "hard" if you can find one. Do not power the PC on after this for at least an hours.
Other things to check, use a DVM to measure the voltage on big 24 pin connector, PC ON.
orange wires = 3.3V (3.15-3.45)
red wires = 5V (4.75-5.25)
yellow wires = 12V (11.5-12.5)

If shipping is not prohibitive, you can return the card
to Mesa for analysis/repair/replacement.
