Mesact not seeing mesaflash was created by tcoleman978
I'm working with an RPI4B / 7i96s * bookworm, LinuxCNC is in and runs. I have installed Mesact and mesaflash per instructions (I think, I am a Linux dummy) can find them and run them. BUT mesact doesn't register that mesaflash is installed. What have I screwed up? I don't know where to look to even start.
Thank you

Just a stab in the dark:
sudo apt install mesaflash
then try again.
sudo apt install mesaflash
then try again.

Yes you can install it wrong, but you can also install it correctly and still not work, Linux has many versions and those versions have different opinions on where stuff should be, sometimes making hyperlinks that lead nowhere.
Compiling it with "make" will work only from that folder, compiling it with "make && make install" will also make hyperlinks and usually works from anywhere. I said usually.
