7i92T configuration files?

I have a mill that I've been running for years w/ a Mesa 5i25 (PCI) + 7i77.  I'm replacing the PC, put the newest Debian 12 & Linuxcnc 2.9.2 install on and have swapped out the 5i25 for a 7i92TF. 

I can ping the 7i92t on 10.10.10.10 on my wired ethernet interface.  Though pings bounce between 0.2 and 0.6ms.  That may be the coalescing(?) thing problem?  Anyway I don't think its the issue I have at hand.

mesaflash --device 7i92t --addr 10.10.10.10 returns a 7i92t is detected.  So far, so good.

When I configure w/ pncconf the same as my old setup and then try to run I get the error "config.num_encoders=6, but only 2 are available".  I think this is because the 7i92T has the generic .bit file in it and doesn't know its connected to a 7i77.  Ok, so I go find the 7i92.zip, get the bit files, and try to flash it.  But that throws an error because the fpga type doesn't match.  IIRC, Mesa was having trouble getting the same brand fpga's so the 7i92 and 7i92T are physically different and will require different firmware?  Anyway, where do I find files for the 7i92T?  My searches are coming up w/ nothing.

Yes, the 7I92Tx cards have a different FPGA
and need different firmware.

To download, go to Mesas webstore, pick a 7I92T version
(7I92TF,TM,TH) and then in the specifications tab
select "Download Support Software"
