Im getting to hooking up my cut60 plasma cutter to the board. using output 00 + and -, the torch fires as soon as i plug the connector to the board. I checked the board side and have OL resistance between the 2 ports when closed and very little when commanded open. i even tried wiring in a relay to control the torch and the 5v relay turns on the same way.
Anyone have any insight on what this could be?

Remove this line:
setp hm2_7i96s.0.ssr.00.invert-00 true
Also you should never hot plug inductive loads
setp hm2_7i96s.0.ssr.00.invert-00 true
Also you should never hot plug inductive loads

I had the polarity of the leads backwards. This was the initial issue, the invert would have been my next. Thanks for the help!
