Mesaflash EPP Mode broken from version 3.4.3 forward. was created by tlightus
Pardon if this is the wrong area for this post but some recent testing on mesaflash led me to discover that EPP mode is broke on versions 3.4.3 and forward. Would / could someone verify my findings and even better, come up with a fix. A programmer i am not.

That's weird, I've had no issues, with Mesaflash version 3.4.7. with EPP. I've even modded to recognise a custom board using the 7i90 sections as a template.

I took a look at the code and I don't see any EPP changes
but there were some naming changes a while back
I will test this when I get a chance, but did you try
sudo mesaflash --device 7i90hd xxxxxxx

Peter, yes i just tried 7i90 then 7i90hd so it was a name change. problem solved! I new you had changed the 7i80 to 7i80HD-16 or 7i80HD-25 but didn't think about that on this card

Should be fixed in 3.5.9, still needs -- device 7i90hd but will complain and
print valid card name list if you use --device 7i90
