Help with 7i95T

I have tried to configure the 7i95T with MESA CT with no success. I am on linuxcnc 2.92 and debian 12. The issue I am running into is parameter or pin 'hm2_7i95.0.dpll.01.timer-us' not found. if I comment this out, then the following line for step gen throws an error. If i comment that out after, then all step gen throws errors. any help would be appreciated.

That looks like the fallback configuration
do you have a blinking red  "INIT" LED?

How are jumpers W15 and W16 set?
