Take some pictures of the plasma source and upload them here, so at least we have a direction to point to.
Again, do you have anyone to help you with wiring, with electric/electronic experience?

Here is the manual for the plasma source I am using. I have someone to help me with the wiring of the voltage divider to the plasma machine but nobody for the Mesa board pinout. Someone will help me with the Linuxcnc setup of the mesa board and QtplasmaC.

Plasma source without pilot start can not be used for cnc cutting, it can not start an arc in mid air, it has to be touched to the material to start cutting.
Does your plasma make flames in mid air without touching material when you press the trigger?

Looks like HF start so can start in air, but brings a horror show of EMI issues.

They are the same, look the same, the only thing missing is the "pilot" terminal in lower front.
Also, chinese specifications do not help, they are a total mess usually.
