Hi!
I use only one channel in 7I33 card. Three other channels are spare.
How can I replace this card to othe board?
What cards have only one PWM+encoder channel?

Is it a problem that the card has spare channels?

If you want to use the "wasted" pins on the header than connects to that board then you can make up a special connection cable where half the cable goes to the 7i33 and half to another board to be used as GPIO (splitting any finer than that is possible, but more difficult.

You can change the number of active encoder channels in the hm2 modparam line, any channels that are "left out" become available for general purpose IO.

No, it;s not he problem, and I did the same you wrote.
But I think that not right to buy card for 80$ and use only 20$:)

If you just need one analog channel for spindle control (and more step/dir and encoders) a 7I47S might be more appropriate
