I need to machine steel:
5hp around the plate, 100 to 2000 rpm, I think direct current motor, to enable threading.
advance: 500mm/min, with tolerance of 0.02 mm, on the axes.
I just need the circuits, and components.

what kind of lathe/setup is this for
need some more information before some one can help in more details here

is it Servo system or stepper or other?

not sure what your asking here, where to find technical info or other?
for EMC setup you need to read through the manuals
for your machine you need the hardware manuals learn how things connect and work before you do any work.
