Gunhead 7X lathe. was created by Richard64
I found this cnc lathe from Gunhead. gunhead.com/GMW/index.html
I'm a small parts builder, and originally I was using a Sherline, but found it to be a bit under par. There just isn't a small lathe that was tough enough to do what I needed in steel and aluminum. That is what I thought until I found the Gunhead 7x lathe. I bought it, and it does the job extremely well. It's made of steel and iron, unlike it's aluminum rivals. Best tool I ever purchased hands down. Why do I sound like a commercial? Anyway if you've been trying to find a decent machine that won't break down like my Sherline did (constantly) try this one. I've had it for the better part (no pun intended) of a year and "NO" problems.
I think I saw one on ebay too.
Richard.

How long have you had your machine, Richard?
