Fanac Graphics Board

Hello i am repairing a Wire EDM that used a Fanac A20B-1000-0480-04A board. A few components the look like Tantalum caps have been broken off the board. I would really like to repair with the same style. Does anyone have more info on the type or where i could get a hold of some.

I'd try asking on some more Fanuc oriented sites. I do know there are people who refurbish all manor of old Fanuc hardware, including Fanuc themselves. So I don't doubt that replacement parts are available.
