May this could be a solution if you find a way to fix.

No glue if it is worth the money..

Yeah...that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic.

Also, not going to give my banking details to a site that cannot even get a security certificate.

If anyone knows of a supplier that has a 150mm C6, I'd love to hear about it!

I haven't found one, in literally minutes of searching.

Do you have a lathe? I seem to recall that there is a thread in the end, you could screw in a 50mm extension.
(Or machine down a C8, though there might not be enough wall thickness.)

Which brings us back to making a spindle from scratch. Which looks pretty easy given that it is held in by a clamp.

If it can't be found in minutes of searching then it isn't worth my time ;)

I don't have a metal lathe, but that would be a fun project if I did.

I think, creating one from scratch with a 6mm OD steel rod and a collet clamped to the end would be easy enough for me to do. I'll investigate that option.

I guess, and it does have a 6mm shank on it. But there's no way that will fit in my machine. :/

Second, only to the engraving table, the spindle is an extremely important part of the engraving system. This is true for manual as well as computerized engravers. Spindles are precision manufactured mechanical components that operate at variable speeds during rotary engraving.
