Hi all
A friend of mine wants to buy an aciera F1, equipped with Sigma Instruments 20-2235D200-F3.7B Motors. Interpreting the blog here: www.kollmorgen.com/en-us/blogs/_blog-in-...rial-stepping-motor/ it seems, these motors are pre 200 Steps / rev steppers. I'd think, they could not be driven with actual drivers.

The machine has been sitting around unused for years. Mechanically all seems OK. The current owner tried to start it up, but it failed. He threw the electric cabinet away (!). It makes no sense to me to try to reactivate the motors. I would rather look for a 1:1 replacement, meaning a mechanical replacement only. A good starting point would be to know the very dimensions of the 20-2235D200-F3.7B motors. Does anyone have a reference or at least the very dimensions of the motor flange of these motors?

Thanks a ton
chris

Hi bbsr_5a
Thanks for your reply. I tried google, but there is no reply on "RF58". Is this a flange standard, motor spec or else?
Thanks
chris
