when i press the power button the machine show welcome screen normal

2 - after choosing rml or nc-code and press enter

3- machine show this screen with out any responding or controlling
MODE : NC-CODE
SPINDLE : HIGH TORQUE

Did you insert a USB stick or memory card or whatever that thing uses, with some usable gcode in it ?
From the display everything is OK and the machine is waiting for something like gcode ....
