Klopp korradi uw2 b cnc

Hallo, bin neu im Forum und habe vor kurzem eine Klopp korradi uw2 b CNC erworben mit der elesta Steuerung nun würde ich die Fräse gerne auf linuxcnc umbauen, bis jetzt ist geplant neue Servomotoren zu installieren und die Glasmaßstäbe und den Spindelmotor mit 18 gang Getriebe in linuxcnc einzubinden.
Nun meine Frage:
Hat jmd Erfahrung ein Getriebe mit Stufenwahl dieses Typen schonmal eingebunden oder Erfahrung gesammelt?

wie wird das Getriebe denn angesteuert? Hydraulik, Pneumatisch, Stellmotoren wie bei Maho/Deckel? Um hierzu eine Aussage zu treffen sind mehr Infos nötig. Schaltpläne, Bilder etc.

I have various machines with gear changes integrated fully. A deckel FP4NC with two gears, a deckel FP5 with 6 gears, maho MH600C....

There are various ways to do it, but we need to know how the shifting is done and also how the spindle motor operates.

One thing you need to watch out for is that you need to prevent axis movement while the gearchange is happening. I use motion.spindle.at-speed as well as motion.feed-inhibit. main reason for this is that spindle-at-speed does not halt the current move, only the next move. When you have an auto gearchange setup, a gearchange can happen when you fiddle with the override, and it is disastrous if the proper interlocks aren't in place....
