A DC coil relay would work to control the dust collector.

Two relays might be needed, a small one driving the big one, but that depends on power draw and since we do not know the power draw, this is only a guess.

I would use a cheap SSR. One of the 40A ones that are generally good to at least 8A

3 phase power = 3 SSR
Again this is just a stab in the dark as i am not sure if the blower is 3 phase, just assuming it is.
