  Hi.
I am going to work on saving mikron wf21c that I bought a few years ago.
It is operated by a system called heidenhain tnc150.
The movement of the Xyz three axis is thought to be due to Bosch, which is an old dc servo.
Can I use this on linuxcnc?

Do you have any schematics for it?
If the drives are analog +-10V, as most are, then yes they can be used with addition of Mesa 7i97 OR Mesa 7i92/5i25/6i25 with 7i77. Those are basically 2 versions of the same thing.
Finding out the wiring takes a lot of time and knowledge, so having schematics helps a lot.

You can use that drive with linuxcnc. It is a standard velocity mode DC drive with analog command and tacho feedback
we are running one in our Deckel FP5.

Oh, good news. But I have to make sure that the Bosch Servo is fully operational first. Is there a good way to check?
