Ignore anything that I have said about Modbus, as you have the 7i96S there is no point adding that complication into the system.
The wiring scheme that PCW outlined will probably work with the current settings in the CT Commander SK VFD.
You definitely need to keep the VFD (And CT / Emerson make very good ones)

Hi,
After a break here is the final word.
I've read more carefully the vfd manual in addition to yours answers and i figured out how to connect each pin.
T1 T2 T3 work as you said.
Concerning the B line I connect like this and everything work fine :
TB3.24 -> B2 (+24V)
B2 -> B4 (like the original to force enable command)
TB3.23 -> B5 (run forward)
