Mesa 5i25t mit 7i77 und 7i74

Hello, the following configuration does not work for me. The 7i77 card is immediately recognized at P3 and recognized as serial port0.
Unfortunately I get an error message as soon as I try to activate the 7i74 as serial_port1. Map is not accessible.
There is no firmware bit file for this config to describe the 5i25t with mesaflash.

Does anyone have advice for me?

Hello, thank you very much for sending the bin file.
I uploaded via mesaflsh, everything worked.

Unfortunately, after restarting and powering down, the Done LED on the 5i25t lights up permanently.

The following commands produced this error:
halcmd: loadrt hostmot2
Note: Using POSIX realtime
hm2: loading Mesa HostMot2 driver version 0.15
halcmd: loadrt hm2_pci
hm2_pci: loading Mesa AnyIO HostMot2 driver version 0.7
hm2_pci: rtapi_app_main: No such device (-19)
<stdin>:2: waitpid failed /usr/bin/rtapi_app hm2_pci
<stdin>:2: /usr/bin/rtapi_app exited without becoming ready
<stdin>:2: insmod for hm2_pci failed, returned -1
halcmd: hm2: unloading
Note: Using POSIX realtime

Jumper W5 is in down position.

What did i do wrong.

With the old firmware, the 7i77 was recognized on P3 and all pins were accessible.

Thank you in advance

After the 5i25 could no longer be reached, I set jumper W5 to up and restarted. Now I could access the map again. I then installed a different firmware and after --reload the done LED was off. FPGA ok.

Then I tried the following again:
pietxs@MahoMH700:~$ cd linuxcnc/Mesafirmware/5i25t_7i77_7i74d
pietxs@MahoMH700:~/linuxcnc/Mesafirmware/5i25t_7i77_7i74d$ sudo mesaflash --device 5i25t --write 5i25t_7i77_7i74d.bin

You must power cycle the hardware or use the --reload command to load a new firmware.
pietxs@MahoMH700:~/linuxcnc/Mesafirmware/5i25t_7i77_7i74d$ sudo mesaflash --device 5i25t --reload
Waiting for FPGA configuration...OK
pietxs@MahoMH700:~/linuxcnc/Mesafirmware/5i25t_7i77_7i74d$ halrun

Now the Done LED is permanently on again.

I'll take a look Monday or Tuesday, I don't have a PCI test system here.

Actually I see the issue, I accidentally made a fallback configuration
I can fix it later today

Thanks in advance.
At the moment I'm stuck and don't know what to do anymore. Why are these firmware files not available from Mesa?
In the documentation for the 5i25t, this exact config is listed as an option.

Should fix the issue.

The 5I25t manual is just a clone of the 5I25 manual
but not all bitfiles have been built yet

Thank you very much, everything is going great. Both cards were immediately recognized, as was the 7i70 attached to the 7i74.

You saved me.
