Bridgeport EZ Trak DX II Conversion to LCNC was created by Bari
I only had a few minutes to contort myself into position to take a few pics of this CNC mill.
If the wiring diagram is a match it appears to use 10V analog control for the DC brushed servo motor drives.
Can anyone confirm from the pics attached before I have a chance to go back with a scope and move a machine out of the way to investigate the control cabinet innards further.

Yes, the circuit diagram shows a control system with analog control. But I'm afraid not from this machine. Here you can see a lathe. I don't think that a milling machine has separate handwheels for X and Z and the Y axis is missing.

Yes, the wiring diagram is for a lathe, but if the drives are the same, this is very usefull and saves a lot of time trying to figure out wiring.

If anyone is looking for information about the EZ Trak DX II, I have one with all the original manuals and schematic.
The PC based controller is slowly dying though so I'll be converting it to LCNC in the kind of near future.

How close are the schematics to the CNC Bridgeport lathe posted up top?
