Hi all.
First, sorry for my bad English writing.
I'm newbie in this forum but I read the threads every week.
I have a three-axis milling machine (hobby type. German brand but made in China ) that has been retrofitted to CNC with servos (homemade servos. 250 watt DC motors taken from electrics bikes and encoders Avago. A funny story ). LinuxCNC controls the machine, of course.
At work we have GibbsCam. The software has a plugin called "PostHaste" that basically serves to write a script that guides the software for postprocessing. The program has many scripts for commercial machines but the bad news is that I can't find any script for LinuxCNC anywhere. I searched the net and found nothing. I started to write my own script for LinuxCNC but the results are not good at the moment. I do not want to reinvent the wheel. So I ask this question:
Anyone know where to find the LinuxCNC script (if it exists )?.
Thanks in advance

See if it has a generic Fanuc script... it should work or be really close.

Thanks John
My problem continues. The Fanuc scripts are not generic .They are specific to different models. The differences are large between different controls.
Other brands do not solve the issue. Neither follow the standard RS274/NGC as LinuxCNC .
I'm going to go the hard way ................. write a script from scratch. Pray for me, please ...........
If I do something decent, post it here ......... I promise.

Instead of using posthaste, try using a fanuc or generic gcode / tap postprocessor in gibbscam. It should should come with a generic one that works.

I am not a big fan of PostHaste on GibbsCAM but I did play with it for a while.
I am attaching a file that works, It may need some editing to fill your needs.
