Clearcut CADCAM on Linux

Just ditched my old Cursader for linux but still using clearcut cad/cam. I can run the sample linux progams on my machine but not the clearcut files. Both will run in simulator mode. What am I missing?

You will need to post a shortish example of a file which runs in sim but not for real.

Also need to know specifically, what error messages you get.
Sometimes they can be a little arcane, but generally they tell you exactly what the problem is.
