Yes, I have used it to produce g-code for a machine a couple of times. But I am far from proficient at using it.

Yes, the Path workbench is a 3 axis cam generator. It works a lot like Fusion, not the very fine control that Fusion offers though.

There is a LinuxCNC post processor and it generates good code, it works on my homemade machine with almost no problems.
