Opencamlib manual

Hi all I'm working with opencamlib python and I would customize tool dimension ecc. A pdf manual which describes in detail all functions exists?
I have difficulties add opencamlib to freecad 0.20.1 with python 3.8. I cannot compile bootstrap correctly on windows 11.has someone a freecad with opencamlib included.
