Darn..... I thought this was going in the direction of getting a standalone interpreter working........ Because I cannot... lol
I confess I have never tried it, but are you saying it doesn't work?

What do you want to achieve with a stand alone interpreter? Would it be better for the world? If you copy and paste pieces of linuxcnc

Because I want to study the behavior of the interpreter so I can understand better some of the things it does during a remap. Why it acts the way it does and maybe I can fix my remap once and for all. Track down why it decides to ignore commands etc....and also because it is interesting....lol;

I think that SAI is an entire separate implementation of G-code, so might not be useful for debugging the real interpreter.
I did my G71 work using a sim running in a VM.

I am curious wich command's are ignored and what the bug's in remap are in your vision?
