There's those "+" and "-"  karma buttons that you can see when clicking 'more' below the profile name and picture for every posts.

Anyone knows what does that do???

Nothing, it just add another number there.
Pretty much useless since there already is a thank you button, but that one does not have a number, till it goes really high to get on the top 5.
Karma has a number that can be seen by anyone, so that is it's feature.
I thought it was removed, gues i did not check lately.

Well, karma can indeed be seen by everyone but you cannot see the one for yourself. Maybe that's why you thought it was removed. Btw yours is 69

Just found out that if you click on 'Profile' you will get all the info for your account including your karma 'score'
