Gcode (- values) was created by Huttojbhutt
Hey all.
I have tried to run gcode when I have - values on the x axis and y axis but linuxCNC errors with a warning message about unable to go to minus values.
Is this common practice or is there a way to go to minus values on the x and y axis.
Jason.

It is perfectly acceptable to use negative X and Y values. It is up your personal preference and how you configure your machine, whether or not negative values will be usable for you.

What's the exact error message?
It sounds like the error I get when I've forgotten to home the axes and I try to run a program.
