Thanks - I suspect Machinekit uses legacy 'abort & restart' hal_manualtoolchange.

Keeping the topic for further investigation, while the gantry operates very well with Master joint-axes implementation.

No, I have definitely used (a few years ago) experimental jog-while-paused branches.
