Implementation of ATC was created by kayaba
I wanna buy broken hurco machine,
Sorvo and drive is normal condition,using yaskawa drive,accept pulse dir,

So what mesa hardware to be use?
Can i use mesa 7196?how about adding more input pin?

Hurco vm 2 have arm swap atc,
And how implement with linuxcnc?

You are probably better off starting with the 7i76e instead of the 7i96 in your case I feel

Is the arc arm hydraulic or cam driven

Off the top of my head you have these inputs for a safe Interlock

Magazine home position

Spindle orientation (probably can use pin from spindle interface)

Pot up
Pot down

Drawbar clamped
Drawbar in clamped

Atc arm home position
Atc arm 60°
Atcarm180°
Atc arm up
Atc arm down

Thank you for reply,
I buy 3 pcs industrial control this week for my workshop,
Before is i using mach3,but im stuck with soft,iam going to migrate to linuxcnc,its open,nice forum...
A used broken hurco machine will buy soon,and buy part include mesa hardware,
Help me step by step if all hardware and machine came to me
And i ll. Post beginning until finis process
