Leadshine (CNC4PC) 5056E Timing

I have come here many times for answers, but can't seem to find anything on how to interpret the pulse train information in the manual for the 5056E driver. Hoping someone can help me with the correct timing. I have attached the mfg documentation.

Someone posted these on another post, but they may be for the 5056D as I don't see how they match up with the information in the attached document.

Step Time 1200
Step Space 1200
Direction Hold 5000
Direction Setup 5000
