Is there plans for Linuxcnc to be able to control cards like a TinyG?
This would be a great alternative to using Chilipeppr that requires the user to be connected to the internet.

I wouldn't think so, LinuxCNC doesn't stream GCode, it reads Gcode interprets it and is the motion controller as well.
