How to test real-time performance of linuxCNC RTAI?

How to do the kernel latency, switch, and preempt tests?
Or other real-time performance tests?

I have installed the linuxCNC with RTAI.
I also ran the ''Latency Test" given by LinuxCNC.

I am a beginner.

For general Linuxcnc use, the boys have put a of of work into, if your machine passes the latency test you are good to go. From memory there should be some scripts in /usr/src/rtai/"your kernel version" that you can run.

The github link you gave looks like it is for building a testing a "generic" RTAI kernel.

Our team failed to install RTAI in debian linux.
Then, we installed linuxCNC-debian with the RTAI in our controller.
