so i upgraded my z axis today and i am needing help changing my in per revolution in a working plasmac configuration

You can edit the INI file.
You should really provide us with more info when asking.
If it is a stepper system, then each axis/joint section in the ini file will have step_scale, set that to how many steps per inch the machine moves.
