7i96 .bit file

I finally flashed my 7i96 card with 7i96_7i85sd.bit.  I will be running only 3 axis and nothing else except a probe.  Is this the file I should be using?

if you have enough stepgen and PWM for your maschine, then yes you can use this bitfile.

Do you mean if the file has enough? How do I find out? My machine is about as simple as it gets.

Please disregard I just ran readhmid and it has way more than what I need. So it will be fine for me. Thanks for the reply.
