Install Spindle Encoder on Sherline CNC Lathe was created by tomdean
I am new here and with the lathe and CNC.
I have a Sherline CNC Lathe with a computer/controller from Sherline.
I want to attach an encoder, Omron, to the spindle. The encoder has A,B and Index outputs. I believe 100ppr.
Has anyone done this?
